We are looking for a Project Quality Assurance Manager (HW/SW) with solid knowledge of ECSS standards (especially ECSS-Q family) to join projects focused on the development of advanced space systems.

Ensure

Product and Quality Assurance (PA/QA) activities for complex HW/SW systems. Manage quality assurance processes covering both product and process compliance. Coordinate and oversee suppliers and subcontractors from a quality perspective.

Handle

Non-Conformities and Problem Management for Hardware and Software. Review and supervise technical and quality documentation. Monitor and supervise tests and validation campaigns. Ensure quality management during industrialization and manufacturing phases. Track compliance with applicable quality standards and regulations. Minimum 5 years of experience in Product and Quality Assurance in complex systems. Strong experience in Hardware and Software Quality Assurance (product and process).

Experience managing suppliers and subcontractors. Proven experience in problem resolution and Non-Conformity management (HW/SW).

Experience in audits, documentation review, and testing/validation follow-up.

Experience in product qualification and manufacturing quality processes.
