Experience: UI Automation: Selenium or Playwright (Strong preference for Playwright), UI Automation Framework Design, Page Object Model (POM), TestNG/JUnit/PyTest Programming: Python or Java, Automation scripting, OOP concepts GUI xqysrnh Testing: Desktop/Web GUI testing, UI validation, User workflow testing, Regression testing CI/CD: Jenkins/GitHub Actions, Git, Automated test execution Defect Management: JIRA, Bug reporting, Root cause analysis
