Are you passionate about culinary arts and looking for a stable position on Mallorca? A restaurant in Ses Salines is seeking a dedicated and experienced Cook to join the kitchen team on a permanent, full-time basis.

Your day-to-day responsibilities include:

- Slicing and prepping vegetables and meats, and marinating food for daily service
- Operating the wok station to prepare stir-fried specialties such as rice and noodle dishes
- Managing the deep fryer for items like spring rolls and tempura
- Maintaining clean, organized, and sanitary working areas before, during, and after service
- Ensuring strict adherence to food safety and hygiene regulations

What you bring to the position:

- At least 24 months (2 years) of relevant cooking experience in a restaurant kitchen




- Confidence in wok techniques and handling high-temperature frying equipment
- A fast-paced, well-organized working style and strong team collaboration skills
- Reliability, attention to detail, and a high standard of kitchen cleanliness

What is offered:

- A permanent contract (contrato fijo) with full-time employment
- A gross annual salary of €26,813.76 (including extra payments / pagas extras)
- Split-shift working hours: 12:00 to 16:00 and 19:00 to 23:00
- Fixed scheduled days off on Mondays and Fridays
