MotorK is seeking a Customer Success Manager who speaks Flemish to own the client lifecycle from onboarding to go-live and ongoing adoption. The role requires coordinating with cross-functional teams to translate client needs into actionable delivery briefs and to drive upsell opportunities.
You will manage relationships with automotive dealers, report on key metrics, and help reduce churn while aligning with the DealerK methodology. Relocation to Belgium is involved in a hybrid setup.
