We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to join the Finance Management Operations Area.

WHAT CHALLENGE WILL YOU BE TAKING ON?

In our team, your main responsibilities will be:

- Perform payroll reconciliations.
- Manage treasury-related processes involving employees, such as per diem payments, salary advances, severance payments, wage garnishments, and other related items.
- Maintain and update employee information within the Business Central ERP Personnel module, including employee onboarding and offboarding, work calendars, costs, work locations, vacation records, and project assignments.
- Ensure the quality, integrity, and traceability of managed data.
- Collaborate with the different departments involved to ensure the proper flow of information and compliance with internal policies.
- Participate in other activities related to the Finance Management Operations department.

WHAT DO WE NEED IN OUR TEAM?

For this position, we are looking for professionals with a degree in Business Administration and Management, Finance, Accounting, or related fields, as well as experience in administrative processes, accounting,



and data management.
Experience in personnel administration environments and knowledge of labor-related matters will be considered an asset.
