We are looking for an experienced and passionate Boutique Manager to lead our Flagship Boutique in Madrid, delivering an exceptional client experience while driving commercial performance and team excellence.

Drive boutique sales performance and achieve business targets Lead, coach and inspire a high-performing sales team Manage inventory, cash control and loss prevention processes effectively Build strong relationships with clients and local partners to increase brand visibility and loyalty Proven experience as a Boutique Manager, Store Manager or Retail Manager, preferably within the luxury, premium or watchmaking industry. Ability to drive business performance and lead teams to achieve and exceed objectives. Excellent leadership, coaching and people management skills.

Excellent organizational, planning and problem-solving skills. Intermediate level of informatics (Office).

Fluent

Spanish and English are required.
