About the Role The Key Account Manager (KAM) is responsible for maximizing patient outcomes and driving sustainable business growth across the Hereditary Angioedema (HAE) and Transplant portfolio within Western Andalusia & Extremadura. The KAM develops strategic partnerships with healthcare stakeholders, leads account planning and execution, and coordinates cross-functional resources to deliver value-based solutions that support patients, healthcare professionals, healthcare organizations, and Takeda. Identify opportunities to improve patient access and portfolio performance.

Utilize customer and market insights to drive business decisions and account performance. Deliver territory sales objectives while ensuring compliance with Takeda policies and industry regulations.

Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Medicine,



Biology, Business, or related field.

Experience in hospital and specialty care environments. Strong stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills.
