DescripciónLead, develop, and motivate a team of area managers and sales representatives (special care hospitals) ensuring alignment with commercial strategy. Define and execute the national sales strategy for the Special Care portfolio. Monitor performance through KPIs and data analysis, optimizing results across regions.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Medical, Market Access, Marketing) to ensure consistency and compliance.



Support managers through coaching and mentoring, fostering professional growth and building a talent pipeline. Adapt strategies to diverse market challenges, balancing performance objectives with team development.

Participate in strategic decision-making with senior leadership and contribute to long-term planning. Extensive experience (10+ years) in commercial leadership roles within the pharmaceutical industry, ideally in Special Care. Skilled in leveraging data and analytics to guide decisions and measure performance.

Fluency in Spanish and English.
