We are looking for an entrepreneurial Regional Sales Manager The position can be based remotely in Benelux, with extensive travel across the assigned markets.

Our client is an established European technology business with more than two decades of experience developing and supplying advanced EV charging solutions. With the European EV charging market entering a significant phase of expansion, the company is now investing heavily in further international growth.

As Regional Sales

Manager, you will be the commercial driving force behind the company's expansion across the Southern Europe regions and selected neighbouring markets. Develop and execute the regional sales strategy across Southern Europe & neighbouring markets Identify and acquire new strategic customers and business partners Build relationships with Charge Point Operators (CPOs), EPCs, installers, logistics companies, energy businesses, fleet operators and other major e-mobility stakeholders Drive sales of AC and DC charging hardware Develop new business opportunities through both existing industry relationships and proactive market development Research market trends, competitors,



regulations and emerging commercial opportunities Manage the complete sales process — from initial contact and qualification through negotiation and closing Develop long-term strategic partnerships rather than transactional customer relationships Represent the company at industry events, conferences, exhibitions and customer meetings Work closely with senior management, product and technical teams to translate market requirements into commercial opportunities Provide market intelligence and regular reporting on pipeline, competitors, customer requirements and growth opportunities You may currently be working in EV charging, e-mobility, energy, electrical infrastructure, renewable energy, fleet solutions or another adjacent technology sector . What matters most is your ability to combine industry knowledge, commercial instinct and entrepreneurial drive .

Several years of successful B2B sales or business development experience Proven knowledge of the EV charging, e-mobility, energy or related infrastructure market An established network across Southern Europe Existing relationships with relevant stakeholders such as CPOs, EPCs, installers, energy companies, fleet operators or logistics businesses Strong understanding of the regional EV charging ecosystem Demonstrable experience of generating new business and closing complex B2B opportunities Strong commercial and negotiation skills Sufficient technical understanding to confidently discuss EV charging hardware and infrastructure with customers Fluent English Another relevant regional language would be highly advantageous Willingness to travel extensively throughout Europe The independence and discipline required to work successfully in a remote, international environment You enjoy opening new markets, creating relationships where none previously existed and turning conversations into commercial opportunities.
