Sales Manager:
This role requires a highly proactive, results-driven sales professional focused on generating new business and driving revenue through active prospecting, client calls, meetings, negotiations and deal closing. The ideal candidate takes ownership of their pipeline, actively identifies opportunities and builds strong customer relationships to consistently deliver sales targets.
Key responsibilities:
- The Sales Manager responsibilities and essential job functions include but not are limited to:
- Drive the commercialisation of Hospitality products, identifying and converting new business opportunities across high-value sectors and international markets.
- Proactively prospect for new clients through outbound calls, emails, networking, meetings and other sales activities.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from initial contact and qualification through presentations, negotiation and closing.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with VIP clients, C-Level executives, key corporate decision-makers and high-net-worth individuals.
- Conduct face-to-face meetings,
sales presentations and client events to showcase premium Hospitality products and drive sales.
- Actively manage and develop a personal sales pipeline, ensuring consistent follow-up and progression of opportunities towards closing.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts and develop long-term commercial relationships.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records, sales activity and pipeline information, providing regular reporting on performance and sales progress.
Qualifications:
- To perform this job successfully, the candidate must be able to perform each essential duty above at the highest levels. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required
- Bachelor’s Degree required - Business, Marketing or similar degree (B.A.) from a fouryear college, or an equivalent combination of education and experience is preferred.
- Minimum of 3+ years in sales experience, preferably in premium seating in the sports & hospitality industry.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and oral.
- Skilled in setting and running sales meetings, with ability to effectively pitch and present premium products.
- Deep knowledge of the corporate sector and demonstrated ability to build meaningful relationships with key stakeholders in the market
- Must be able to work collaboratively across all departments and have a team-first mentality
- Language skills: Spanish, English, third language will be a plus.
