Combining a deep systems knowledge to develop unique vehicle access experiences, intelligent visions systems and advanced automotive lighting technologies, MML's expertise light the path to innovation, safety and styling.Job Responsibilities:Lead development activities for underperforming suppliers through the Top Focus processConduct onsite assessment of potential suppliersParticipate in supplier tech reviewsMonitor supplier performance and identify underperforming suppliersSupport in corrective action review for major customer eventsParticipate and monitor the supplier APQP processProfessional experience and education:Degree in a technical discipline preferred5 years’ experience in electronics manufacturingAbility to develop suppliers to meet integral OEM regulations and requirementsDeep knowledge in electrical and electronic componentsDeep understanding of PCB + PCBA, electric motors, cable harnesses, etcExperience in supplier evaluation and development, continuous quality improvement, and open issues managementSolid understanding of APQP/PPAP requirements including Process Control Plan, SPC, GD&T;, DFMEA,
