An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Transfer Pricing Assistant Manager/Junior Manager to join the growing Transfer Pricing team of a leading professional services firm in Spain, with opportunities available in Madrid or Barcelona .

This is an idóneo move for a Transfer Pricing professional who is ready to take the next step in their career and gain greater responsibility, client exposure and visibility.

You will join a well-established team advising a diverse portfolio of Spanish and international clients, working across a broad range of Transfer Pricing matters rather than being limited to one particular industry or type of work.

The Role

- Advise Spanish and multinational clients on a wide range of Transfer Pricing matters.
- Lead and contribute to Transfer Pricing documentation, planning and advisory engagements.
- Work on complex and interesting projects involving cross-border transactions and international groups.
- Develop strong, long-term relationships with clients and become a trusted Transfer Pricing adviser.




- Review and oversee the work of junior team members, helping to develop the next generation of Transfer Pricing professionals.
- Work closely with colleagues across Tax and other service lines on multidisciplinary projects.

About You

- 4–5 years of relevant Transfer Pricing experience.
- Strong knowledge and practical experience of the Spanish Transfer Pricing market.
- Experience gained within a Big 4 or Top 10/leading professional services firm would be highly advantageous.
- Solid technical knowledge of Transfer Pricing principles and Spanish regulations.
- Experience working with a varied client portfolio, ideally including multinational groups.
- Fluency in Spanish and English .
