As Senior Business Automation Architect, you will design and implement AI-driven automation on ServiceNow to boost operational efficiency across the enterprise. You will define scalable, governed AI workflows and integrate them with data and systems, partnering with business and tech teams. The role focuses on governance, auditability, and effective automation at scale in a global, diverse environment.

ResponsabilidadesDesign and implement Agentic AI solutions using ServiceNow (AI agents, orchestration, workflows)Define architecture for AI-driven workflows, including agent boundaries, approvals, and fallback mechanismsEnsure governance,
