At least 3/4 years of experience in IT within a large enterprise environment 3–4 years of hands‐on experience in troubleshooting, packet capture, and configuration of network and security devices VPN and Remote Access solutions Firewalls (configuration and troubleshooting), Palo Alto preferred. Strong troubleshooting skills for complex network and security incidents (L2 support) Experience working with network monitoring and management tools Good understanding of network security concepts (DMZs, VLANs, partner connections, etc.) Familiarity with corporate security standards , Computer Systems Validation & Compliance rules , and internal IT processes Professional proficiency in English (spoken and written); Once per week at the office near Barcelona.

Provide second‐level technical support for Network and Security Services, including: Firewalls, Internet Proxies, Remote Access and VPN Perform advanced troubleshooting and packet capture analysis to resolve complex incidents Lead infrastructure cross‐functional task forces for troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and service improvement initiatives Conduct proactive monitoring of network and security infrastructure, using available tools to: Identify trends and recurring issues Contribute to problem analysis and continuous improvement of network and security services Ensure that operational tickets and projects comply with: Collaborate closely with other IT teams and stakeholders to ensure service reliability and performance 70% of our senior leaders started at entry level.
