You'll join as a key member of the International Benefits team, initially owning EMEA benefits operations end-to-end while progressively taking on broader program management responsibilities as the function matures. EMEA Benefits Operations: Own the full benefits lifecycle for EMEA markets — procurement, renewals, plan design, vendor/broker management, and employee support.

Country Launches: Partner with cross-functional teams (Legal, Payroll, Product, CX, Revenue) to launch benefits in new EMEA markets. Build and manage relationships with local brokers, carriers, and benefits providers across EMEA.

Data & Reporting: Track benefits enrollment, utilization, and cost data across EMEA markets.

Program

Management (evolving): As the function matures, take on increasing ownership of the benefits program operating cadence — cross-functional coordination, goal-setting, stakeholder reporting, and process design. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Product, Legal, Payroll, and Customer Success to ensure benefits decisions are integrated into the broader international strategy.
