Your role as a People Business Partner As a People Business Partner for one or two tribes, you will act as a trusted advisor to leaders,



helping them navigate growth, change, and organizational evolution. You will report to the PBP Team Lead and join a team of four People Business Partners supporting the organization. This role sits at the intersection of people strategy and business impact.

At Shine, we are evolving People Business Partnering toward a more strategic, data-driven and business-focused model. Drive key people topics such as engagement, performance, feedback, and career development Use KPIs and people data to identify trends, guide decisions, and improve performance over time Job located in Porto, Madrid or Berlin, with possibility of two remote working days per week You have around 5-7 years of experience in HR Business Partnering or a similar strategic people role, within 300+ organisation You have strong experience partnering closely with managers and senior leaders You bring solid business acumen and understand how people decisions support business performance You are comfortable using data, KPIs and insights to guide decisions and challenge constructively You have experience supporting organizational transformation, restructuring, or M&A; transitions; You are fluent in English You are curious about how AI, data and technology are reshaping organizations, leadership and people practices Fluent in German, Spanish or Portuguese (This is a strong nice to have) 3 A 60' business case presentation to highlight your skills and give you a hands‐on feel for the role.
