Establish governance balancing Business Unit expertise and ownership with global consistency and learner-centered design. Build sustainable engagement models connecting electricians and contractors with Schneider Electric experts. Extend engagement beyond individual courses through community, certification and ongoing professional development.

Education and experienceMaster's degree in electrical engineering, energy systems, automation, industrial engineering, digital technologies, education technology or a related discipline.7-15 years of experience in technical learning, engineering excellence, capability development, technical consulting, product management, customer enablement, workforce development or academy leadership. Proven experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives in a integral matrix organization. Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and technical leaders without direct authority.

Experience working with electricians, contractors or comparable technical customer audiences is strongly preferred.

Fluent

English; Executive stakeholder influence and confident engagement with senior technical leaders.
