The RoleWe are looking for an ambitious and strategic Sponsorship Sales Manager to join our Brand Partnerships team in Madrid! Working like a Creative Agency, we ensure that all our knowledge in the entertainment and experiences fields arrives at agencies and brands in each city, helping them conceptualize, produce, and manage multi strand digital and content campaigns. What You'll DoOwn the commercial relationship with prospective and existing sponsors across your territory.

network and market knowledge to identify and engage high-potential sponsors. Identify, map and multi-thread key stakeholders across brand, marketing, media, partnerships, experiential and procurement teams. Build and execute creative outbound strategies to generate qualified sponsorship opportunities and improve pipeline quality.

Craft compelling, insight-led sponsorship proposals and packages aligned with brand, audience, media, experiential and business objectives. Lead commercial negotiations through contract signature, ensuring strong value creation for both the sponsor and Fever. Maintain strong CRM hygiene, accurate forecasting and visibility across all opportunities, including pipeline stage, revenue potential, close date and risks.

Who You

AreYou bring 5+ years of experience in B2C event sponsorship sales. You hold a strong network of direct client and agency contacts across major industry verticals. You possess a sharp ability to balance creative, out-of-the-box thinking with data-driven decision-making.

You are highly skilled in crafting visually compelling slide decks and polished written pitch materials.
