Join a multidisciplinary team supporting one of Europe's leading consumer electronics retailers as a Senior Product Designer focused on the Marketplace ecosystem. You will own the end-to-end design process, transforming complex technical workflows into seamless, user-centred experiences from discovery to final delivery. In this high-impact role, you will lead the design strategy and interface evolution, collaborating closely with PMs and engineers to build scalable tools that optimise service delivery and drive business growth across a dynamic, large-scale retail landscape.

Main Responsibilities

Champion the End-to-End Vision: Own the entire design lifecycle for the Marketplace ecosystem, from deep-dive discovery and hypothesis-driven Lean UX to shipping high-fidelity, polished interfaces that redefine the user journey Architect Product Strategy: Act as a strategic partner to Product, Engineering, and Data/AI teams. You won't just execute tasks: you'll define problem statements, set success metrics, and shape the roadmap to align user needs with business growth Drive Data-Informed Iteration: Turn complexity into clarity by synthesising quantitative data (funnels, experiments) and qualitative research into concrete design decisions that move the needle on key business outcomes Master Stakeholder Synergy: Lead high-level alignment sessions and workshops, navigating diverse stakeholder interests to build consensus and ensure a frictionless, coherent experience across all platforms Pioneer Smart Experiences: Design the next generation of AI- and data-enabled features (search, personalisation, and smart tooling), ensuring transparency and trust while optimising interactions for both human and synthetic users Elevate Design Excellence: Scale our impact by evolving our design system and mentoring fellow designers,
