As a Signavio Application Support & Governance Consultant, you will manage the day-to-day operations, governance, and support of the SAP Signavio platform (Process Manager, Governance, Process Insight/Process Intelligence). You will be the main point of contact for access, incidents, and changes, while supporting and mentoring junior team members. Handle incidents and service requests related to Signavio Collaborate with SAP (TAM) and internal IT/business stakeholders Work within agile, waterfall, or ticket-based delivery models Hands-on experience with SAP Signavio (Process Manager, Governance, Process Insight/Intelligence) ~ SAP Signavio certification ~ ITSM / ITIL experience Azure AD & SAML Celonis, ServiceNow, Snowflake, SCOUT task mining Basic Python skills International,
