About the team

FT8 is the Analytics team within Omada Identity, a leading Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) platform. We own the data and reporting layer of the product: the Omada Data Warehouse (ODW), History Tracking, Report Generator, Access Navigator and our analytics dashboards. Our work gives customers visibility into who has access to what, how that access changed over time, and whether it complies with policy.

We are a distributed team of eight engineers across Spain and Poland. Our product runs in SaaS (Azure Kubernetes Service, multi-tenant), private cloud and on-premises deployments, so the work we do has to hold up in very different environments.

What you will do

- Develop and maintain data pipelines and data models that feed ODW and History Tracking.
- Write and improve SQL queries, and help investigate performance and data quality issues.
- Develop and maintain backend components in .NET/C#.
- Build and improve analytics dashboards and data models in Sisense.
- Take part in refinement and code review,



working closely with senior engineers on technical design.
- Own the quality of your work, including automated testing, as part of our distributed testing model.
- Grow your knowledge of our data domain and the wider Omada platform, with support from experienced team members.

What we are looking for

- 3+ years of professional software development experience.
- Solid experience with relational databases, ideally Microsoft SQL Server: writing T-SQL, data modeling and a good understanding of indexing and query performance.
- Hands-on experience with .NET and C#.
- Experience with, or strong interest in, Business Intelligence platforms (e.g. Sisense, Power BI, Tableau, Qlik).
- Eagerness to learn and take ownership of your work.
- Comfort working in a distributed team, with strong written and spoken English, as it is our working language.

Nice to have

- Hands-on experience with Sisense (ElastiCubes, data models, dashboards).
- Familiarity with data warehousing concepts (dimensional modeling, ETL/ELT, historical data).
- JavaScript, especially for BI customization (Sisense plugins, BloX, custom widgets).
- SSIS or other ETL tooling.
- Azure, Docker and Kubernetes.
- Azure DevOps (boards, pipelines, repos).
- Experience with identity,



access management or compliance-driven domains.
