- 深入了解不同业务职能、业务流程及运营工作流程。
- 参与西班牙物流网络规划与运营全流程，系统学习承运商管理、运力统筹等核心业务
- 协助开展网络布局与运营跟进，监控货量、服务质量等关键指标，推动标准化与合规管理落地
- 参与中心日常运营、质量管控、异常处理与资源调度，保障枢纽高效平稳运转
- 协助区域运营统筹、沟通协调、问题跟进与服务优化，学习区域网络整体运营与团队协同思路
- 基于数据与业务情况做分析复盘，提出优化建议，同步学习运营整体思路
- 为业务团队提供跨文化沟通支持，衔接总部与本地业务协同推进

任职要求

- 中文，西班牙语流利，可作为工作语言独立开展业务沟通与多方协作
- 毕业两年内；物流管理、供应链管理、工商管理、经济学、数据分析等相关专业优先
- 理解物流行业运营逻辑，愿意长期深耕物流行业
- 沟通协作能力突出，能适配跨文化、跨部门协作场景，高效推进事项落地
- 适应能力强，积极应对业务节奏与突发情况

About the Position As a Management Trainee, you will focus on key business functions and gain a comprehensive understanding of the company's business operations. Through a structured rotational development program, you will build a holistic understanding of the business and develop into a key talent in logistics network management.

Job Responsibilities

- Gain an in-depth understanding of different business functions, processes, and operational workflows.
- Participate in the full cycle of logistics network planning and operations in Spain, with systematic exposure to core areas such as carrier management and capacity planning.
- Assist with network planning and operational follow-up, monitor key indicators such as shipment volume and service quality, and support the implementation of standardized and compliant operating practices.
- Participate in daily hub operations, quality control, exception handling, and resource allocation to ensure efficient and stable hub operations.
- Assist with regional operations coordination, communication, issue follow-up, and service optimization, while developing an understanding of regional network operations and team collaboration.
- Analyze business performance and conduct data-driven reviews, identify areas for improvement, and provide optimization recommendations while developing a broader understanding of overall operations.




- Provide cross-cultural communication support to the business team and facilitate collaboration between headquarters and local business teams.

Qualifications

- Fluent in Chinese and Spanish, with the ability to use both languages as working languages and independently handle business communication and cross-functional collaboration.
- Graduated within the past two years; degrees in Logistics Management, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Economics, Data Analytics, or related fields are preferred.
- Understanding of logistics industry operations and a strong willingness to build a long-term career in the logistics sector.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-cultural and cross-functional environments and drive initiatives to completion.
- Highly adaptable and able to respond effectively to fast-paced business operations and unexpected situations.
- Strong data-driven mindset, with the ability to identify and help solve business problems through data analysis.
- Demonstrates strong initiative and ownership, with a genuine aspiration to develop a long-term career within the company and pursue a management career path.
