Overview In this role, you will lead Waters’ regional service delivery across EMEA to boost service attachment, efficiency, and customer experience in lab automation and diagnostics. You will partner with regional sales to grow service revenue and deploy value-added offerings like proactive maintenance and remote diagnostics. You will drive operational excellence, ensure regulatory compliance, and develop high-performing cross-functional teams.
