PURPOSE OF THE ROLE Based in Madrid, Spain, and reporting to the Supply Chain Operations Supply Management Manager, the Supply Chain Operations Supply Management Specialist is responsible for coordinating and optimizing Supply Chain operations across the EMEA region, ensuring product availability, inventory accuracy, and high service levels.

Acting as a key link between Operations, the Central Warehouse, Global teams, and Management, the role supports business performance through effective replenishment, inventory management, operational coordination, and continuous improvement initiatives.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Implement inventory and service level strategies across EMEA operations. Ensure high data quality and accurate inventory levels throughout the region. Monitor sales trends, inventory performance, and replenishment activities to minimize out-of-stock risks.

Maintain SAP master data and replenishment parameters to support effective planning and ordering. Prepare and manage purchase orders based on system recommendations and operational requirements. Coordinate with the Central Warehouse and Integral Transport teams to ensure timely deliveries and product availability.





Track purchase orders and deliveries through to final receipt and resolve supply issues proactively. Monitor order fill rates and implement corrective actions to improve service levels. Prepare and maintain Out-of-Stock (OOS) reports and key Supply Chain KPIs for Management.

Analyse inventory, service level, and operational performance data to identify trends and improvement opportunities. Coordinate reverse logistics activities, including returns, destructions, and stock adjustments. Manage claims, complaints, and operational incidents, ensuring timely resolution.

Collaborate closely with Operations teams and Global Category Managers to support promotions, product launches, and product lifecycle changes. Drive continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing Supply Chain efficiency, accuracy, and operational performance.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics, Operations Management, or a related field. 1-3 years of experience in Supply Chain, Inventory Management, Logistics, Operations, or a related analytical environment.

Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication skills with the ability to present information clearly and concisely to Management. Strong synthesis skills, with the ability to translate complex information into actionable insights and presentations.

Proactive, well-structured, and results-oriented mindset. Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing business needs. Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and MS Office applications.

Experience with SAP or other ERP systems is considered an advantage. Business-level proficiency in English is required.
