We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Business Partner to lead internal recruitment across our South Europe region, partnering with leaders in Spain, Italy, and Portugal to attract, engage, and hire the talent that will drive our future growth.

This is a highly visible role with real influence, combining strategic talent acquisition, stakeholder management, employer branding, and market intelligence within a fast-paced, international environment.

What You'll Do

- Own and drive the full recruitment lifecycle for internal hires across Spain, Italy, and Portugal.
- Partner closely with Managing Directors, Directors, and hiring managers to understand business needs and develop hiring strategies.
- Build and deliver talent pipelines for Recruitment Consultants, Managers, and Corporate Services functions.
- Actively source and engage high-calibre professionals through networking, market mapping, referrals, and direct approaches.
- Provide expert guidance throughout the selection process, ensuring an outstanding candidate experience.
- Champion Robert Walters' employer brand across social media, events, careers fairs, and networking initiatives.




- Analyse recruitment trends and market insights to support hiring decisions and workforce planning.

What We're Looking For

- Proven experience in Talent Acquisition, Executive Search, Recruitment Consultancy, or in-house recruitment.
- Strong stakeholder management skills and confidence partnering with senior business leaders.
- A commercial mindset with the ability to understand business challenges and translate them into hiring strategies.
- Excellent sourcing and headhunting capabilities.
- Experience using ATS platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, and modern sourcing tools.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously.
- Fluent Spanish and English are essential. Italian and/or Portuguese would be highly valued.
