At Etnia Barcelona, we're looking for a Talent Acquisition & People Specialist to help us attract exceptional talent while supporting key People & Organization initiatives that contribute to our international growth.

What you'll do

Lead end-to-end recruitment processes across different functions and countries.

Partner with managers to attract and select top talent.

Deliver an outstanding candidate experience and strengthen our employer brand.

Support onboarding and key People processes.

Participate in People & Organization projects, policies and initiatives.

Contribute to employee engagement, culture and organizational development activities.

What we're looking for

3-5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, HR or People & Organization.

Strong sourcing, interviewing and stakeholder management skills.

Interest in broader HR topics beyond recruitment.

Proactive, hands-on and business-oriented mindset.

Fluent English (C1/C2) is essential.
