Proficient in Office365, you can support our PMO, Project Managers and Leaders to drive successful adoption of our tools, platforms and services. RESPONSIBILITIES - WITH OUR CONSUMER AT THE HEART YOUR KEY FOCUS WILL BE Support PMO, Project Managers, Tech Leadership Team, and stakeholders in documenting impacted audiences, key changes, and adoption requirements. Collaborate with Project Managers to develop change plans and coordinate readiness, engagement, and adoption activities across the Tech Portfolio. Guide project teams in completing change management deliverables and project governance requirements.

Create engaging, audience-appropriate content, learning materials, and success stories that support awareness, understanding, and adoption of Tech & Data initiatives. Maintain content across Tech & Data engagement channels, including SharePoint and Viva Engage, ensuring content remains relevant, accessible, and aligned with broader communication plans. Partner with the Corporate Communications team and stakeholders to identify and amplify Tech & Data initiatives, milestones, and success stories through appropriate channels and campaigns.

Support the delivery of projects and initiatives in partnership with the Corporate Communications and Heritage teams. Contribute to continuous improvement of change management tools, templates, and self-service resources.
