We're looking for a Technical Lead to drive the technical vision, architecture, and engineering excellence of our AI Platform, supporting MLOps, LLMOps, AgentOps, and AI solutions at scale. You'll work closely with the Product Owner, AI Engineers, Data Scientists, and Infrastructure teams to ensure our platform is secure, scalable, reliable, and cost-efficient. Design and build critical platform components and cloud infrastructure.

Lead LLMOps and AgentOps engineering practices, including monitoring, governance, and operational excellence. Previous experience as a Technical Lead, Staff Engineer, or Principal Engineer. Strong expertise in AWS and/or Azure cloud environments.

Kubernetes & Docker Infrastructure as Code (Terraform or similar) Observability and monitoring tools Strong Python skills.

Fluent

English.

Experience with SageMaker, Azure ML, MLflow, or Kubeflow. AWS, Azure, or Kubernetes certifications. A hands-on technical leader who leads through influence and expertise.



Pragmatic and data-driven in decision-making. Skilled at balancing long-term architecture with short-term delivery needs.
