In this role, you will contribute to end-to-end Workday Financial Management implementations for a diverse client portfolio. You will act as a trusted advisor, leading or supporting multiple finance streams across projects. You’ll gain hands-on product knowledge through certification and real project work, collaborating with cross-functional teams. Compensaciones / Beneficios
• Lead or support end-to-end Workday Financial Management implementations for clients
• Translate business requirements into configured Workday solutions and perform unit testing
• Coordinate with Data and Integration Consultants to ensure project alignment
• Support testing cycles, issue resolution, and knowledge transfer during deployment
• Engage in post-production support and customer enablement




• Participate in at least one full-cycle implementation per year and pursue ongoing certifications

Responsabilidades
• 5+ years of consulting experience
• Experience implementing or using a Tier 1 business software application (Workday, SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft, ADP, NetSuite, FinancialForce) or similar
• Corporate financial accounting experience
• Educational qualifications or equivalent experience in financial management
• Strong business analysis, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to learn technology quickly and work remotely with various tools
• Willingness to travel up to 50%
• Comfort with AI tools and advisory mindset
