Experteer Overview
In this role you drive scientific partnership with local KOLs and lead the country medical plan. You act as the in-field medical expert for hematology tumours and ensure timely, compliant dissemination of new clinical data. You collaborate across internal teams to support therapeutic areas, translate science to practice, and contribute to strategic medical initiatives. The opportunity centers on shaping medical strategy, building credibility with investigators, and advancing patient outcomes within Pfizer’s mission.

• Develop and consolidate a local KOL and scientific institutions network to support scientific leadership
• Serve as the field medical expert in hematology tumours
• Provide field intelligence on investigators, research activities, and collaboration opportunities
• Plan and execute local medical-scientific strategic plans aligned with specialty
• Support in-country therapeutic area activities and promote central-level medical activities to KOLs
• Observe competitor drugs and attend relevant scientific meetings
• Lead medical-to-medical communications in the field and prepare scientific talks
• Disseminate new Pfizer clinical data accurately and in compliance with labeling
• Establish Pfizer medical presence at investigational sites and scientific centers




• Oversee research grants discussions, independent sponsored research, and post-marketing studies
• Facilitate clinical and interventional trials (Phases 1–4) and coordinate with internal teams
• Support promotional activities with regional KOLs and scientific societies
• Align with internal stakeholders and train customer-facing colleagues on clinical data
• Provide scientific input to cross-functional teams and capture medical insights
• Maintain accurate records of activities and field interactions per company policies

Responsabilidades
• MD, MBA, PhD strongly desired
• Degree in Health Sciences
• Fluency in English
• Experience in Oncology/hematology local environment preferred
• Knowledge in Epidemiology, Oncology, Immunology, Clinical Trials, molecular biology, translational medicine preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication, scientific and non-scientific
• Experience in medical writing and peer-reviewed submissions
• Strong customer orientation and project management skills
• Ability to work in a multi-functional team and adapt to digital tools
• Knowledge of Regulatory Affairs, Drug Safety, Legal and compliance
• Willingness to travel; valid driver’s license
