Commercial engine — monetisation, subscriptions, ads, partnerships, and new revenue lines. Product roadmap in close partnership with a strong Chief Product Officer. Financial discipline and capital strategy in close partnership with an experienced CFO. Community, creator, and publisher partnerships — the flywheel that makes this business special. International expansion strategy across new markets and new user cohorts. Who you are A senior i Gaming operator — sitting CEO, COO, MD, or Deputy CEO of a B2 C real-money-gaming or fantasy sports business. Strong B2 C DNA — you have grown paying users, built engaged communities, and can talk about VIP, retention, ARPU and LTV as fluently as EBITDA. A global market mindset — comfortable running across jurisdictions, working with multicultural teams, and thinking beyond a single home market. Hands-on and roll-up-your-sleeves — a builder, not a caretaker. Board-fluent and investor-trusted — able to represent the business to institutional shareholders and integral partners.
