As Editorial Executive, you will lead content creation for Secret Media Network across markets, managing editors, writers, and creatives to shape a unified editorial vision. You’ll drive high editorial standards, align content with brand tone, and foster growth by expanding in new cities. You’ll translate business needs into compelling storytelling and develop a content-driven funnel that supports audience growth and revenue. This role combines hands-on content work with team leadership in a fast-evolving media landscape, offering impact at scale.

Responsabilidades
• Proficiency in English and fluent French
• +5 years in newsroom, content agency, or digital media
• Minimum 2 years of team management
• Passion for journalism, local focus, social media, and digital marketing
• Experience in media mapping and external partnerships
• Strong digital fluency across social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, X)
• Excellent writing, presentation, and storytelling skills
• Data-driven with business acumen
• Knowledge of optimization technologies, AI-driven processes, workflow automation, and performance outcomes
• Ability to convert creators' economy into growth opportunities
• Team player with collaborative mindset
• Proficiency in WordPress; familiarity with Photoshop, Canva, and other editing software preferred
