Experteer Overview
As a mid-level Software Engineer, you contribute to Nexthink’s UI Platform by designing, building, and maintaining front-end and back-end components using TypeScript and React. You will collaborate with senior engineers, product managers, and cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, secure UI platform solutions that power Nexthink’s digital employee experience. You’ll influence design decisions, improve architecture, and drive engineering excellence in an agile setting. This role offers hands-on impact on the platform’s evolution and security by design.

• Design, implement, and maintain UI Platform features and related modules
• Improve performance, scalability, reliability, and security of existing components
• Contribute to architectural discussions and propose solutions aligned with product goals
• Design, consume, and validate RESTful APIs for UI workflows
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate UI Platform services with microservices
• Develop unit, integration, and end-to-end tests; contribute to CI/CD improvements

Responsabilidades
• 1-3 years of professional software engineering experience
• Strong proficiency with TypeScript and/or React in production-grade apps
• Solid understanding of SOLID, clean code, and modular architectures
• Experience with microservices, distributed systems, and cloud ecosystems (Kubernetes preferred)
• Familiarity with event-driven architectures (Kafka a plus)
• Strong testing knowledge and experience with automated frameworks
• Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent English communication skills
