Experteer Overview In this role you will own the quality strategy for business-critical 3D software used in manufacturing, driving quality initiatives across projects. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to shape test approaches, plans, and gates that cover functional and non-functional requirements. You will lead testing throughout the SDLC, validate geometry-intensive workflows, and improve automation and CI/CD practices. You will mentor colleagues and contribute to a culture of quality while delivering reliable, scalable 3D/CAD/CAM software.Compensaciones / Incentivos
- Own the quality strategy for business-critical 3D/CAD/CAM software products and drive quality initiatives across multiple projects
- Define test approaches, quality gates, and success criteria for complex software releases
- Design, review, and improve test strategies, test plans, and test cases for coverage of functional and non-functional requirements
- Lead testing activities throughout the software development lifecycle, including estimation, planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting
- Verify correctness, reliability, and performance of geometry-intensive workflows used in digital manufacturing
- Analyze complex software behavior, investigate defects, perform root cause analysis,



and drive issue resolution
- Build and maintain scalable test automation solutions using Python and modern testing frameworks
- Drive quality engineering practices within CI/CD pipelines and continuously improve automation coverage
- Conduct functional, integration, system, performance, and hardware-software validation testing
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Software Engineers, and Architects to clarify requirements, identify risks, and ensure quality from design to release
- Mentor QA engineers, promote testing best practices, and contribute to the team's quality cultureResponsabilidades
- Experience in quality assurance for 3D software applications (CAD/CAM) and digital manufacturing
- Proficient in building and maintaining test automation frameworks using Python
- Strong understanding of SDLC and QA processes across CI/CD pipelines
- Ability to analyze defects, perform root cause analysis, and drive corrective actions
- Experience with functional, integration, system, performance, and hardware-software testing
