In this role you will craft user-centered digital experiences for Signify, aligning design with business goals and brand. You will work across teams to deliver intuitive interfaces, scalable systems, and engaging visuals that support the company’s sustainability and innovation mission. You will conduct user research, translate insights into concepts, and ensure consistency across platforms. This opportunity combines creativity and technical skill to shape impactful digital solutions at Signify’s Madrid office. You will collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to drive design decisions and advance accessibility and UX excellence.

Responsabilidades
• Bachelor or Master in Digital Design, UX/UI Design, or related field
• At least 2 years of UX/UI design experience
• Proficiency with Figma or similar design tool, user research, wireframing, prototyping
• Excellent English communication; Spanish is a plus
• Strong stakeholder management, diplomacy, attention to detail
• Ability to collaborate with diverse teams and cultures
• Portfolio of digital design projects
