In this role you will shape talent strategy across Brambles’ global functions, partnering with regional leaders and HR to create a transparent, skills-focused talent ecosystem. You will drive internal mobility, talent insights, and scalable processes that support growth and employee development. You’ll work with senior stakeholders to align talent initiatives with business objectives and regional needs, elevating the employee experience. • Serve as the interface between Talent Management and global functions (Digital, Technology Services, Legal, Communications, HR, Strategy).

Responsabilidades
• At least 5 years in Talent Management, Talent Development or Learning u0026 Development.
• Experience influencing senior stakeholders in a matrixed organisation.
• Proven track record in driving talent initiatives, workforce planning or internal mobility programmes.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and identify high-impact interventions.
• Passion for creating career opportunities and a culture of growth and mobility.
