Experteer Overview
In this role you will design and evolve data infrastructure to enable a cloud-based analytics ecosystem. You will work within the Data Analytics team to deliver actionable insights across the Exchanges Business Unit, shaping how data supports smarter decisions and growth. You will build scalable pipelines and ensure data quality while collaborating with IT and analytics peers. This is a hands-on opportunity to influence data platforms and analytics at a prominent market operator.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Design, build, and maintain data pipelines and prototypes for analysis of large-volume transactional data
• Develop and optimize the data analytics platform using Databricks, PySpark, Python, SQL, and Azure Data Factory
• Support creation of reports for internal and external stakeholders
• Collaborate with IT, architects, and analysts to align with platform standards
• Ensure data quality, accuracy, and consistency of financial data




• Troubleshoot data issues end-to-end and diagnose root causes

Responsabilidades
• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Informatics, or related field
• Strong experience with Databricks, Azure, Python, PySpark, and Azure Data Factory
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills
• Familiarity with CI/CD and a detail-oriented, ownership-driven mindset
• Experience as a Data Engineer in a business-facing role
• Professional fluency in English
• Experience with financial data and data quality controls is beneficial
• Experience applying AI/ML pragmatically to enhance data quality or analytics is beneficial
