Experteer Overview
You partner with Process Excellence and Engineering to anchor investment decisions in rigorous financial analysis. You shape ROI assessments for automation, process engineering and design, and ensure capital cases are robust and tracked to realized benefits. You’ll automate recurring analyses, collaborate with operators and engineers, and influence cross-functional leadership with clear, data-driven recommendations. This role centers on optimizing station performance and cost through disciplined budgeting and performance insight.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Own the financial partnership for Process Excellence, linking governance, quality, and returns to financial outcomes and benchmarking gaps.
• Assess ROI of Engineering investments (automation, process engineering, design change requests) and size opportunities under uncertainty.
• Review capital investment cases for rigor and credible assumptions, tied back to performance.




• Track investment actuals against business cases and feed lessons into planning for benefits realization.
• Contribute to cross-functional programs to reduce cost and defects in Process Excellence.
• Communicate drivers of process, quality, and investment performance to senior stakeholders to inform decisions.
• Partner with data and technology teams to automate recurring analysis and support adoption of AI/automation tools across finance.

Responsabilidades
• Bachelor's or Master's degree
• Experience in multiple finance and accounting roles or delivering results for large cross-functional initiatives
• Experience with large-scale data mining and reporting tools (SQL, MS Power Query, Python) or advanced Excel (macros, index, arrays, pivots, lookups)
