As a Project Manager at ICON, you lead project and programme delivery to ensure on-time, on-budget results with high quality. You will work with cross-functional teams to coordinate activities, resolve issues, and build team capability, aligning with ICON’s mission to advance clinical development. You’ll manage risks, report progress to stakeholders, and help drive continuous improvement. Responsabilidades




• Bachelor's degree in project management, business, or related field (preferred)
• Significant project management and team leadership experience
• Proven track record from inception to completion within scope, time, and budget
• Strong leadership, organization, and prioritization skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Proficiency with project management tools and methodologies; PMP or PRINCE2 advantageous
• Detail-oriented, proactive, adaptable, with drive for continuous improvement
• Willingness to travel approximately 30%
