As a Senior Project Manager, you will own end-to-end delivery of complex SAP/Vistex implementations on a contract basis. You’ll lead cross-functional teams, manage scope, schedule, and budget, and serve as the primary escalation point for client engagements. You’ll collaborate with clients, partners, and internal resources to deliver on time and within scope, while mitigating risks and ensuring quality. This role offers hands-on leadership in a fast-paced environment with a clear impact on client success and project profitability.

• Lead large and complex SAP/Vistex implementation projects from initiation through go-live
• Manage one or multiple client engagements based on project and contract requirements
• Develop and maintain detailed, integrated project plans covering milestones, deliverables, dependencies, and resources
• Own project scope, schedule, budget, resources, and overall delivery
• Manage SOW requirements and associated change requests
• Monitor project financials, including budget-to-actuals, resource utilization, and project expenditures
• Identify, manage, and escalate project risks, issues, and dependencies
• Track and report project performance, milestones, and key metrics to client stakeholders
• Coordinate cross-functional Vistex, client, implementation partner, and third-party teams
• Act as the primary project escalation point and drive resolution of project issues
• Build strong working relationships with senior client stakeholders and serve as a trusted project advisor
• Lead project governance, status meetings, and stakeholder communications
• Ensure project deliverables meet agreed scope, quality,



and timeline requirements
• Lead onsite activities where required and work effectively across geographically distributed teams
• Apply structured project management methodologies, standards, and best practices
• Support project scoping and estimation activities as required

Responsabilidades
• Experience with S/4HANA implementations or transformations
• Experience working with SAP solution extensions or SAP partner environments
• Experience managing complex global or multi-country implementations
• Experience working with implementation partners and third-party vendors
• Previous experience delivering SAP projects in a consulting or contract capacity
• 5+ years of SAP Project Management experience
• Proven experience managing end-to-end SAP implementations from planning through go-live
• Experience managing fixed-price projects, including ownership of project budgets and financials
• Strong experience across SAP SD, O2C, and/or Finance
• Demonstrated ability to create and manage detailed project plans, budgets, resources, and deliverables
• Experience managing client stakeholders, implementation partners, and cross-functional teams
• Strong understanding of project risks, dependencies, scope management, and change control
• Hands-on project ownership rather than PMO/coordination
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Excellent verbal, written, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing project environment
• Willingness and ability to travel as required
• Ability to work effectively within a contract/project-based engagement model
