Experteer Overview
As Enterprise Program Manager, you drive end-to-end delivery for Lighthouse’s largest global clients, coordinating complex BI implementations and product onboarding. You’ll align regional efforts, nurture key relationships, and ensure on-time outcomes. You act as the bridge between clients and Product/Engineering, translating needs into actionable plans. Your work directly supports customer growth and satisfaction at scale, within Lighthouse’s collaborative, customer-centric culture.

• Lead end-to-end implementation of Lighthouse solutions, including BI dashboards, for major global clients
• Organize and manage all projects within enterprise accounts to meet objectives and timelines
• Establish program governance and manage stakeholder expectations from properties to C-level executives
• Create and maintain clear project documentation outlining timelines, activities, and risks
• Bridge clients with Product and Engineering to capture requirements and manage delivery timelines
• Drive customer satisfaction, retention, and growth with robust project plans and regular status calls
• Advocate for EMEA customers and provide actionable feedback to internal teams





Responsabilidades
• Proven experience in program or project management for enterprise or global accounts
• Strong hospitality industry knowledge and understanding of hotel management structures, chains, and OTA environment
• Ability to manage multiple complex projects concurrently from planning to risk management
• Excellent business acumen and interpersonal skills with comfort engaging C-level executives
• Tech-savvy with the ability to understand data solutions and communicate with technical and non-technical audiences; embrace AI tools
• Proactive, autonomous worker across time zones, collaborating with APAC and AMER teams
• Ability to influence internal teams to meet client objectives and milestones
• Coachable and adaptable attitude with openness to feedback and improvement
• We welcome: SaaS background, hospitality market knowledge, and Revenue Management experience
