Experteer Overview In this role you will build and sustain scientific partnerships with local KOLs to advance access and advocacy grounded in solid evidence. You’ll act as the field medical expert in GU tumours, shaping local medical plans and collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate central scientific strategies into territory-level impact. You will generate field insights, manage post-marketing and interventional studies, and ensure compliant dissemination of new data to investigators and the scientific community. Your work directly supports Pfizer’s patient-centric mission and scientific leadership in oncology.Compensaciones / Incentivos
- Develop and consolidate local KOL networks and scientific partnerships
- Serve as in-field medical expert for GU tumours
- Facilitate field medical intelligence and identify investigator opportunities
- Plan and execute local medical-scientific strategic plans and support therapeutic area in-country
- Promote central medical activities to KOLs at local level
- Monitor competitor drugs and observe scientific meetings
- Lead medical-to-medical communications in the field
- Prepare and deliver scientific talks and presentations
- Disseminate new clinical data accurately and compliantly
- Strengthen medical presence at investigational sites and scientific centers




- Provide leadership on research grants and sponsorship planning
- Support interventional and non-interventional clinical studies and trials
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and train customer-facing teams
- Provide medical insights to cross-functional teams
- Track field activities and M2M communications with periodic reports
- Ensure regulatory, pharmacovigilance, and compliance adherenceResponsabilidades
- Degree in Health Sciences
- MD, MBA or PhD strongly desired
- Previous MSL/MSR experience and oncology/hematology familiarity preferred
- Fluency in English
- Clinical background in Epidemiology, Oncology, Immunology, Clinical Trials, molecular biology, translational medicine preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (scientific and non-scientific)
- Experience in medical writing and peer-reviewed submissions
- Strong client orientation and scientific rigor
- Project management skills and ability to meet deadlines
- Teamwork and cross-functional collaboration capability
- Willingness to travel; valid driver's license
- Knowledge of regulatory affairs, drug safety, and compliance
