Experteer Overview
As a Manager in BCG Vantage, AI Cost Advantage, you will design, build, and commercialize AI-enabled cost assets and tools. You’ll guide product lifecycle, roadmaps, and backlog priorities to translate business needs into tangible solutions. You’ll drive end-user adoption through training and change management while engaging case teams and clients to deliver differentiated value. You’ll mentor junior colleagues and collaborate with senior stakeholders across Cost and related Practice Areas to scale impact.

• Design, build-out, and commercialization of cost knowledge assets, tools, and AI-enabled solutions
• Apply product management practices: road-mapping, backlog prioritization, and translating business needs into specifications
• Guide tools and AI agents through ideation to launch and iteration lifecycle
• Support end-user adoption through training and change management
• Engage with case teams and clients to tailor solutions and demonstrate impact
• Mentor and develop junior team members; maintain relationships with senior stakeholders across Cost and Practice Areas
• Coordinate knowledge sharing across Practice Areas to ensure consistency across the firm

Responsabilidades




• 3+ years consulting experience relevant to cost transformation or related topics (preferred)
• 4+ years minimum industry experience if no consulting background (strongly preferred)
• Bachelor's Degree (advanced degree preferred)
• Specialization in cost topics such as People u0026 Organization, Operations, or Technology u0026 Digital Advantage
• Experience in product management (road-mapping, backlog prioritization) and product lifecycle management including AI agents
• Experience driving end-user adoption of new tools, including training and change management
• Understanding of basic technology landscape and AI platforms
• Fluency in English
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for stakeholder management in a global, collaborative environment
