Experteer Overview
In this role, you will manage the end-to-end lifecycle of clinical trial contracts, from drafting to finalization, ensuring alignment with client templates and regulatory requirements. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to support site startup activities and mitigate legal and budgetary risks. The position sits within the Site Contracts Team in Spain, contributing to Medpace’s mission to accelerate global development of medical therapeutics. You will work in a fast-paced, learning-oriented environment that values cross-functional collaboration and continuous improvement. This is a growth-focused role with meaningful impact on trial timelines and compliance.
Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Draft, review, negotiate, and finalize agreements and related legal documents for clinical studies
• Negotiate within client-approved contract and budget templates and parameters
• Identify and assess legal, financial, and operational risks; escalate as needed
• Provide recommendations and alternative resolutions during negotiations
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure startup activities align with contractual processes and timelines
• Stay updated on local regulations impacting clinical trial contracts
Responsabilidades
• Bachelor's degree; preferably in Law or Sciences
• At least 1 year of relevant work experience
• Prior contract negotiation experience preferred but not required
• Strong attention to detail
• Strong Spanish and English written and spoken communication skills
