A 100m+ private motor yacht is seeking a rotational Junior Sous Chef to join by 10 October in Palma, Spain. You will assist with guest meals and support galley crew in daily operations under a 2:1 rotation.
Experience on yachts over 80m and solid land-based restaurant background are preferred. A B1/B2 visa is essential, and cabins are male-only. The package is up to €6,500 per month, reflecting a steady program and longevity in the galley.
