Experteer Overview As Enterprise Program Manager, you drive the successful delivery of complex programs for Lighthouse’s largest global hotel clients. You’ll coordinate cross-functional work across Product, Engineering, and client teams to ensure on-time delivery and measurable business impact. You’ll manage BI implementations and onboarding of new products, aligning regional efforts and strengthening executive relationships. Your work enables hoteliers to act faster on real-time insights and revenue opportunities. - Lead end-to-end implementation of Lighthouse solutions, including BI dashboards, for large global clients.
- Plan, organize, and govern projects within enterprise accounts to hit objectives and timelines.
- Guide stakeholder expectations from properties to global C-levels with clear governance.
- Create and maintain project documentation outlining timelines, activities, and risks using task tools.
- Bridge clients and internal Product/Engineering teams to capture requirements and manage delivery timelines.
- Drive customer satisfaction, retention,



and growth through robust project plans and status meetings.
- Provide actionable feedback from EMEA clients to product and process teams.Responsabilidades
- Proven PMO/Program or Project Management experience with enterprise or global accounts.
- Strong hospitality industry knowledge, hotel management structures, chain operations, and OTA environment.
- Ability to manage multiple complex projects concurrently from planning to execution.
- Excellent business acumen and comfort engaging with C-level executives.
- Tech-savvy with ability to understand data solutions and communicate with both technical and non-technical audiences; comfortable with AI tools.
- Proactive, autonomous, and able to work across time zones (APAC and AMER).
- Influential with internal teams to meet client objectives and milestones.
