Experteer Overview
In this role you will lead Iberia product line strategies for defined categories, driving sustainable growth through lifecycle management, pricing, and distribution decisions. You will collaborate with sales, product line, and marketing to ensure a consumer-centric, relevant offer. You’ll monitor market trends and competition and act to improve performance, with a strong emphasis on cross-functional coordination and data-driven decisions. This is an opportunity to shape category growth within a general home appliance leader and to work in a dynamic Iberian market context.

Responsabilidades
• Relevant experience in a similar role within consumer electronics or FMCG
• Commercial mindset with a track record in business-oriented roles
• Strong analytical skills with Excel proficiency and good presentation abilities
• Project management approach
• Ability to navigate complex organizations with multiple national and international stakeholders
• Self-driven and results-oriented
• Strong communication and stakeholder influence skills
• Data management and quick, commercially viable decision-making
• Fluent in Spanish and English; Portuguese is a plus
