Experteer Overview
In this role you lead Innovamat’s Americas operations from Mexico City, serving LatAm and the US. You align regional needs with global processes and act as the operational bridge to Barcelona. You’ll manage a multidisciplinary team, optimize end-to-end operations, and push for practical regional improvements. This position offers high impact through cross-border collaboration, rapid execution, and strategic influence across markets.

Compensaciones / Beneficios
• Lead and develop the Mexico City-based operations team serving LatAm and the United States
• Serve as the operational reference point for the region, translating regional needs into HQ-ready requests
• Coordinate with global disciplines (production, logistics, revenue analytics, support) to ensure regional reality informs global processes
• Identify, diagnose, and drive resolution for underperforming partners and processes, advocating for necessary changes
• Engage with country managers and regional leadership to ensure alignment and timely delivery across markets
• Balance leadership presence with remote coordination, driving growth, context,



and path-to-resolution for the team
• Collaborate with regional and integral leaders to pilot and scale new products and processes in the US market
• Travel across the region to maintain proximity to markets, including frequent trips to the US and Barcelona when needed
• Maintain high ownership and resilience, actively managing conflicts, feedback, and career development

• Solid experience running operations in a fast-growing, high-standards environment
• Experience leading a team, including difficult conversations and performance management
• Strong stakeholder management across cultures, seniority levels and time zones
• Structured, systems-minded thinking with ability to design and request solutions rather than brute-force fixes
• High ownership and resilience under demanding conditions
• Fluent Spanish and English
• Willingness to travel across the region, including to the US
• Comfort using AI tools to improve team efficiency and processes
