As Senior Product Manager for operational workforce and resource management, you will shape strategy and drive delivery of SaaS solutions for construction, engineering and adjacent industries. You will partner with customers, engineering, design and industry experts to validate opportunities, build business cases and deliver measurable value. You’ll lead discovery to adoption, leveraging AI and automation to tackle workforce planning, scheduling and analytics at scale. Responsabilidades
• Product management experience delivering SaaS/workforce management or enterprise software
• Experience with workforce planning, scheduling, time u0026 attendance, resource management, labour compliance or payroll integration
• Understanding of operationally intensive industries (Construction u0026 Engineering, Energy, Utilities, Manufacturing, Field Service)
• Experience working with global customers and cross-functional teams
• Strong communication, stakeholder management and customer engagement skills
• Fluent English and willingness to travel internationally
