Experteer Overview
In this role, you will bridge IT, operations, underwriting, and business functions to deliver cutting-edge digital solutions for life and health insurance. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to align technical outcomes with business goals and the company’s digital strategy. You’ll tackle workflow design, system integration, and production monitoring to ensure seamless operations and ongoing improvement. This is a hands-on, impact-oriented position with a clear focus on cybersecurity, compliance, and stakeholder collaboration. You’ll contribute to shaping our digital propositions and driving value for clients and internal teams.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Design and optimize workflows that connect client IT systems and processes across departments
• Lead cross-functional projects and manage plans, timelines, and deliverables with MRAS
• Ensure cybersecurity and compliance for solutions (servers, VPNs, firewalls, cloud)
• Serve as primary liaison between clients, IT, underwriting, operations, and MRAS




• Oversee live operations and troubleshoot to maintain solution performance
• Organize workshops and training on system integration, underwriting, and data analysis

Responsabilidades
• 5-10 years in IT consulting or project management within life/health insurance or financial services
• Strong background in database management, system integration, and analytics
• Proven success in delivering IT projects with regulatory/industry-standard compliance
• Proficient in agile project management and DevOps principles
• Knowledge of IT security measures including certificate management and network security
• Advanced English and Spanish proficiency; Italian or Portuguese a plus
